.....In addition to Saddlebrook Estates, Reese Smith Associates is currently working on two other residential developments. Now in the planning stage, South Mills Landing consists if 180 acres in Camden County, North Carolina along the Intracoastal Canal, and will be developed with approximately 400 single family and multifamily units, club house, walking trails, canoe launch and heavily landscaped open areas and lakes, including 30 acres of retail and commercial. Currently in the final phase of development, Country Road Estates in Southampton County offers approximately 60 acres consisting of 52 single family home sites averaging one acre in size.
